Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Additional information on returns, inspection of goods and country-specific regulations

Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected for defects, signs of use, and their general condition.

For goods that have been withdrawn in due time, are unused and free of defects, the product value will be refunded via the originally used payment method or via Shopify.

The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement of shipping costs is subject to the applicable legal provisions. For orders from Germany, Austria, and other member states of the European Union, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. In the event of a valid withdrawal, the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered will be reimbursed; additional costs incurred because a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery was chosen will not be reimbursed. This corresponds to the EU consumer rules for withdrawal from distance contracts.

For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or the USA, there is no voluntary right of withdrawal or return, and it is therefore excluded. Statutory claims, particularly in the event of defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage, remain unaffected.

In Switzerland, there is generally no general legal right of return or exchange for online purchases.

In the USA, there is no general federal right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases; the FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to certain sales outside of regular business premises, such as door-to-door sales, and does not generally apply to normal online shop orders.
